The Firm
The said Law Firm & Associates provides advice and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial, businesses in the fields of commercial law (including specific branches of company law, financial contracts, public and private, bankruptcy, intellectual property and industrial), real estate, administrative and energy. It also offers counseling and legal, judicial and extrajudicial, associations and/or nonprofit organizations. The firm also carries out, on the one hand, business consulting and legal assistance in interest representation before a competent institution, inter alia, by the advice of Prof. Gianluca Sgueo, and, on the other hand, is able to assist companies and associations in the early stages of mutual cooperation and/or aggregation that increasingly appears necessary to face the global context. The assignments are directly supervised by Charter Members, Mr. Mattia Carta, Mr. Enrico G. Detta and Mr. Diego D'Ayala Valva, who have specific experience in the fields of civil and commercial law, with the help of the staff and the specialist support of consultants Mr. Marco Di Lullo (administrative law), Prof. Gianluca Sgueo (right EU law and lobbying) and Prof. Francesco d'Avala Valva (tax law). The professionals of which the firm uses have specific experience both in litigation, litigation and arbitration, both in legal opinions, in drafting and negotiating contracts, drafting of corporate resolutions and extraordinary operations, management of insolvency proceedings, agreed and renovation debts. Their skills are supported by ongoing academic commitment in their respective areas of specialization. Research Activities
In 2010, he received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Administrative Law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" with a thesis entitled "Administrative Organization and models private law." He was a member of the research group "Discipline of government and integrated waste management between the European Union, States, regions and local authorities" commissioned by "Studying Development Ltd" as part of a program agreement with the Directorate General for environmental Research and Development of the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea. He was a member of the research faculty at the Faculty of Law of the University La Sapienza. "The new administrative regime disability" coordinated by prof. Vincenzo Cerulli Irelli. Fellow (2001-2003) at the Catholic University Centre Foundation Communication and Culture of the Italian Episcopal Conference for the realization of the research project "The protection of the environment and the responsibilities of local government." Teaching Activities
Since 2000, his has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University "La Sapienza" Department of Administrative Law Prof. Vincenzo Cerulli Irelli. In this role, he has held administrative seminars, public services, and justice administration. From A.A. 2006/2007 he has been teaching at the Master level II OFPA-organization and functioning of public administration at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", in the form relating "Public Contracts and Procurement Code". In 2007 he held two seminars at the University of Salerno on "The choice of the contractor in public contracts" and "The litigation of public procurement for a total of 10 hours. In 2008, he was a member of the Nucleus for the simplication of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. In 2010, he contributed to the Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of University and Research for the preparation of the decrees of implementation of the reform of the university. From 2010 to 2011, he was appointed a specialist in communication and training at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Directorate General Communication of the Technical Unit for the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. In December 2011, he was appointed coordinator of citizen relationship website which monitors information flowing from the government.

Studies
He graduated in Law at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. Graduated with honors from the University of Viterbo in the Science of Public Administration. He received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Administrative Law at the University of Lecce. He achieved his PhD at New York University as a visiting research scholar, and at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris as enseignant chercheur invité. He holds a Diploma in Public Law at the European Academy of European Public Law, University of Athens Capodistrian reflecting on the theme of competition regimes in the European and U.S. Food Safety field. He received his Masters Degree in Law administration at the Ceida School of Public Administration, with a thesis on the independent administrative authorities. He also holds a diploma of specialization in European Union Law at the European University Institute and a degree in environmental law and public administration at the University of Viterbo.
Academic Activities
Since 2013, he has been a researcher at the Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He has studied the network of non-governmental organizations and their influence on public decision-makers. He is also a Professor at the Faculty of Political Science of “University of Tuscia”. In 2011, he taught the Law of the Media. Since 2012 he has been teaching law institutions of the European Union. Finally, he is a lecturer at the Agency for the Development of Public Administration.
